Fan and Housing

As part of the ownership of this car, I wanted to keep it as new looking as a car of this age can be. One of the areas I want to keep attractive is the engine compartment.
This is the condition of the engine the first time I had it worked on. It wasn’t in bad shape and everything worked. It did however smoke, sometimes badly. This is after the top half of the engine was rebuilt. It is the the current state of the engine.

The fan and the rest of the engine before any of the cleaning began. You can see the dirt on the fan and areas where the paint has worn off of the blades.

Engine cooling fan straight out of the box from the powdercoater.

Fan housing from the back side.

Fan with first pulley attached.

Fan and housing installed.

Housing installed with fan and pulleys.

Fan cowling and the first belt installed.

The second pulley and belt installed.

The air conditioning compressor and tubing installed.

The current look. I have more chrome and brass to polish and dirt to remove but it looks a bit better.
